TERMS OF SERVICE

– Commissions are NOT first come, first serve.– I have the right to decline a commission if you fail to meet these guidelines, if I feel that I am unable to draw it well, or for any other reason.– Estimated turnaround time is usually 2-7 DAYS depending on the request. If I require more time, I will let you know and give you a new estimate.– Prices may vary depending on complexity of character's design, difficulty, background, and additional details.- Prices are in USD and is received through Paypal.- The commissioner may pay upfront in full or pay a down payment of 50% of the total price. It is only once the payment is received will I start working on the request.– Commercial work is NOT offered at this time. The artwork is done for personal use only.– I continue to hold all rights to the produced images as the artist. I may post the finished artwork on my social media. If you wish to keep the work private, please tell me in advance.– As the commissioner, you may repost the watermarked artwork only. Please properly credit me.– NO REFUNDS can be demanded after payment is received.– The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission if payment has not yet been sent.– I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.– I DO NOT ALLOW MY ART TO BE USED FOR NFTS OR BLOCKCHAIN CONTENT.

PROCESS

1. Commission requests are received through Google Forms.2. After filling and submitting the form, an email will be sent confirming whether or not your commission has been accepted.3. If accepted, you will be contacted through the handle you wrote on the form. Details of your commission will be discussed before an invoice is sent.4. Work will begin only after full or 50% of the total payment is received. Once received, I will start working on the sketch.5. It is only during the sketch phase you are allowed to ask me to do any changes. I will NOT do any major changes during the rendering phase unless absolutely necessary. As I continue working, you may occassionally ask for progress updates.6. The finished approved product will be then sent through email. You will receive both an unwatermarked and watermarked version of the work.NOTE: Those that paid the down payment may only receive the full size finished artwork only after the other half of the payment is received.

– I will only be doing Lout of Count's Family - ALVER CROSSMAN/CALE HENITUSE and ALVER-CENTRIC art requests.– NSFW requests are alright though SFW requests will be prioritized.– Artworks made will be posted on my social media.– You can include your twt handle if you want to be tagged, otherwise I'll assume you want to stay anonymous.– Requests are received through CuriousCat.– You can be more detailed and specific with your requests by adding links to references (not mandatory) Everything else will be up to my interpretation.– There is no specific time frame of when requests are started and finished.NOTE: I am but only a bored student who happens to love the pair ALCALE way too much. I only draw during my free time so please be patient with me 🙇
